1. The service
Zeongrow provides software that connects to your existing cryptocurrency exchange account via API and executes automated trading strategies on your behalf. Zeongrow does not custody your funds and does not provide personal financial, tax or legal advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, and not on any prohibited persons or sanctions list. You confirm you are using the service for yourself, not on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, enabling two-factor authentication and notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use. We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, breach of these terms or risk to other members.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform to launder funds or finance prohibited activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or attack the platform.
- Do not connect API keys you do not have the right to use.
5. Fees
Subscription fees are billed monthly in CAD as listed on the Plans page. Free tier members pay nothing. We do not charge performance fees on trading gains.
6. Risk acknowledgement
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You have read and understood our Risk Disclosure and accept it. Profits shown on the website are illustrative; past performance does not guarantee future results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Zeongrow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any matter is limited to the lower of CAD $200 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zeongrow against claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
